Missing data is never treated as a negative result.

Your data is used to generate personalized performance intelligence, readiness scores, trend analysis, and recommended actions. We may also use aggregated, de-identified information to improve the Service and develop new features.

We process only the data required to deliver an insight. Data-source status remains visible so you understand what contributes to each score. You may decline to log or connect any category of information at any time.

The Service uses local storage and cookies to remember your selected theme, data mode, and time range, and to keep you signed in. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Connected wearables, calendars, and other services operate under their own privacy policies. When you connect an integration, data flows between you and that provider; Waves Wellness+ is not responsible for how third parties handle your information.

We may share information with your authorized coaches or organization to the extent necessary to deliver the Service, and with service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. You can control which data sources are connected, edit or delete logs you have created, and adjust your data and privacy preferences in Settings. You may also request a summary of the personal data we hold about you.

The Service is intended for athletes and participants invited by their organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate organizational authorization.
